Osteochondroma - fifth metatarsal

- an expanding bony outpouching arising from the right-sided fifth metatarsal head and neck portions on the medial side directed away from the joint associated with bony remodeling and scalloping
- os peroneum
- hallux valgus
- no discrete associated soft tissue mass or soft tissue calcifications
- no other osseous injury/lesion
Case Discussion
X-ray findings are suggestive of fifth digit osteochondroma with subsequent deformity of the metatarsal shaft without evidence of fracture.
