Presentation

Focal swelling over the upper arm. No trauma.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

There is a bony outgrowth at the medial surface of the proximal humeral diaphysis with no aggressive features or fracture.

Case Discussion

Osteochondroma is a common benign bone tumor in childhood and humeral involvement is the most common site in the upper limb.
