Hard swelling over the upper arm. No trauma.

There is a bony outgrowth at the medial surface of the proximal humeral diaphysis with no aggressive features or fracture. These findings are typical for osteochondroma.
Osteochondromas are common is childhood and humeral involvement is the commonest in the upper limb.
