Presentation

Pain and swelling of the left foot two years ago.

Patient Data

Age: 14 years
Gender: Female

An expansile bony growth is seen arising from the shaft of the 4th metatarsal of the left foot with bony remodeling and scalloping.

Post operative changes are seen at the fourth metatarsal.
