Painless swelling of the left leg near the knee joint.

Age: 20
Gender: Female
x-ray

Radiographs of the knee show a pedunculated bony exostosis arising from the proximal part of the tibia consistent with an osteochondroma.

Case Discussion

Findings in keeping with a tibial osteochondroma.
