Osteochondroma - rib
Frontal

Well-defined nodular opacity (20 x 19 mm) with increased density overlying the anterior end of the right 4th rib. No consolidation/ pleural effusion. Normal cardiac contour. Normal position of both hemidiaphragm.

An exophytic bone lesion from the inferior aspect of the right 4th rib anterior end. The rest of the CT chest examination was normal.
Case Discussion
Chest X-ray of an asymptomatic patient shows a solitary pulmonary nodule. CT scan revealed a rib osteochondroma.
