Presentation

Work up for right thigh palpable painless mass.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Female
x-ray

A broad bony excrescence is observed along the anteromedial aspect of the distal femur, indicating cortical and medullary continuity with the underlying bone.

The cortex is smooth, without evidence of disruption or erosion.

No evidence of periosteal reaction is present.
