Anterior right leg lump.

Patient Data

Age: 15 years.
Gender: Male

Right leg

Arising from the anterior aspect of the distal third tibia is a sessile bony mass which displaces the overlying muscles. It appears to be continuous with the medullary cavity.

Case Discussion

Features are characteristic of an osteochondroma of the distal tibia, sessile type.
