Presentation

Painless swelling of the proximal left leg.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male

Left knee

x-ray

Frontal and lateral radiographs of the knee demonstrate a bony excrescence with cortical continuity and well-defined margins arising from the lateral aspect of the proximal tibia.
