Presentation

Nocturnal left hip pain which wakes the patient , subsided by analgesics

Age: 7 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Radiographs show increased cortical thickness involving the lower third  of femoral shaft  

There is also focal round lucente / lytic focus within the center of the sclerotic lesion suggestive of a nidusLeg length discrepancy due to the lesion
