Presentation

Pain in the arm associated with swelling.

Patient Data

Age: 25 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

X-ray shows a sclerotic cortical thickening of the mid shaft of the ulna with a lucent area within representing a nidus. Soft tissue swelling is noted at the site of thickening.

Rest of the bones appear normal.
