Night pain of the left elbow

Patient Data

Age: 15 years
Gender: Male

A small (5 mm) rounded well-circumscribed intra-cortical lucent lesion (nidus) of the lateral border of the olecranon fossa with central foci of calcification (sclerotic dot), surrounded by sclerotic reactive bone.
