Sclerotic cortical lesion with lucency and a tiny central ossific focus. Nocturnal pain improved with NSAIDs.
Case Discussion
Features here are of an osteoid osteoma. Bone scan (not available) demonstrated increased uptake. RF ablation was performed with good success.
