Investigation of osteomyelitis in right elbow.

Patient Data

Age: 55 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Erosions on all bone surfaces of elbow joint, most pronounced on ulnar surface.
Involucrum in olecranon containing sequestrum, its cloaca opening onto tip of olecranon.
Atrophied arm muscles.

Diffuse osteopenia.

Severe erosions and joint space narrowing on both sides of ulnohumeral and radiohumeral joints.

Involucrum in the olecranon containing a bone sequestrum, with two cloacas.

Large elbow joint effusion.
