Lyic and sclerotic changes of the right ischiopubic synchondrosis extending to the pubic region. Surrounding fluid collection with peripheral enhancement extending to the adjacent muscles (obturator internus/externus, adductor brevis/minimus) as well as to the bulb of the penis with gas foci in the scrotum. There is also thickening with the enhancement of the levator ani.
