Presentation
Recurrent infection of the right zygomatic area.
Patient Data

Skull shows widened diploic space and vertical striations running perpendicularly in diploic space (hair-on-end appearance) at the right parietal bone.

Erlenmeyer flask deformity also known as metaphyseal flaring seen in both femurs, on a background of densely sclerotic bones. There is bilateral coxa vara deformity.

The thoracic and lumbar spine displays the sandwich vertebrae appearance.

Fractures in the proximal segment of the 4th proximal phalanx and distal ends of the 2nd, 3rd and 5th proximal phalanges of the right hand.
Case Discussion
On x-ray, incidental finding of increased osseous density was seen prompting a skeletal survey for further evaluation.
