Ovoid, well-defined sclerotic foci , which are small and symmetrically distributed, are seen on the pelvic and hand radiographs. Appearance is in favor of osteopoikilosis. Bone scan was normal - not shown here.

Osteopoikilosis ( Spotted bone disease ) , A form of skeletal sclerotic dysplasia that is asymptomatic . Imaging shows, multiple small ovoid sclerotic foci which are symmetrically distributed.
