Case Discussion

Osteopoikilosis is an autosomal dominant, benign and usually asymptomatic osteodysplastic condition identified by multiple well-defined enostoses within bone1. This condition is due to bone maturation abnormality during endochondral ossification resulting in the formation of 2-10mm round sclerotic lesions usually distributed in the epiphyses/metaphyses2. It appears during childhood and persists throughout life3. M:F ratio of this condition is 3:23.
