Age: 45 years
Gender: Male

The above MRI studies show multiple ovoid, hypointense areas within the marrow cavity which are hypointense on all sequences, consistent with the appearance of multiple bone islands. They are juxta-articular in location and involving all extra-axial joints in a bilaterally symmetric fashion. These are diagnostic findings of osteopoikilosis
