Findings was changed:

Rounded area of reduced bone density without expansion in in the right parietal bone (arrows).  No No underlying brain abnormality, e.g. meningioma, and no associated soft tissue mass.

Osteoporosis circumscripta is rare and thought thought to be due to the early or lytic phase of Paget disease.  Differential Differential diagnosis is fibrous dysplasia.
