Leg pain.

Patient Data

Age: 12 years
Gender: Male
x-ray

Multicentric lucencies within the distal femoral diaphysis and metaphysis. Ill-defined margins with periosteal reaction and Codman triangle formation. 

Case Discussion

This bone lesion has aggressive features and was subsequently resected and shown to be osteosarcoma.
