X-ray

Lytic lesion with ill-defined borders. Crosses the physes. Periostitis. 

Nuclear medicine

Increased uptake in the left distal femur. 

MRI

MRI confirms an aggressive bone lesion, crossing the epiphysis with associated periostitis.
