Presentation

Increasing pain in the left thigh. External radiographs showed medial cortical irregularities with sunburst sign.

Large soft tissue lesion at the medial aspect of the femur diaphysis with underlying cortical erosions and permeative infiltration. It shows high T2 signal and postcontrast enhancement.
