Osteosarcoma with sunburst periosteal reaction

Patient Data

Age: 15 years

Sunburst periosteal reaction with a distal femoral diaphyseal lesion. 

The right distal femur is grossly abnormal: there is low T1 marrow signal and extensive periosteal reaction.
