Presentation

History of deafness presented with acute otitis media

Patient Data

Age: 4 years
Gender: Male

Axial and coronal CT of temporal bone reveal complete opacification of left middle ear and mastoid air cells associated with mucosal thickening of right tympanic cavity. There is large bilateral vestibular aqueducts ( left > right) and adenoid enlargement as well.
