Info

Ill-defined small patchy lucencies are noted at the region of the fissula ante fenestrum bilaterally more obvious at the right at which it is seen extending to the middle turn of the cochlea and on the left it extends in a crescentic manner to affect the retrofenestral area. However inner structures show normal morphology of the inner ear structures. Clear middle ear clefts with intact scutum and normal ossicles. Normal pneumatisation of the mastoid air cells.
Case Discussion
The CT findings are suggestive of bilateral grade 2B otosclerosis as above described.
