Large, septated intra-abdominal fluid collection occupying nearly the entire abdomen with artefact associated with distended abdomen being in contact with CT gantry.

Case Discussion
Patient was taken for elective laparotomy where 50L of ovarian cystic fluid was drained. Right sided oophorectomy performed with diagnosis of benign mucinous cystadenoma.
