Scout view: Chunky calcification juxtaposed on the right transverse process of L2.
CT: Large abdominal mass with few internal septations, fluid and fat contents and foci of calcification. The mass appears to be arising from the right ovary, which cannot be visualized separately from the lesion. It measures 104x154x106 mm. Normal CT appearance of the uterus and left ovary. No free pelvic fluid.
