Ovarian dermoid cyst

A 73 x 61 mm well-defined mass with fat-fluid level and focal marginal calcification is present at right adnexa.
The left kidney is not seen due to prior resection.
Degenerative changes as osteophytosis are seen at the lumbar spine.
Case Discussion
Features are consistent with a right ovarian dermoid cyst.
CT has high sensitivity in the diagnosis of cystic teratomas though it is not routinely recommended for this purpose owing to its ionizing radiation. Ultrasound is the preferred imaging modality.
