Ovarian dermoid cyst

There is a well-encapsulated lobulated mass of complex signal arising from the left ovary measuring 85 x 75 x 55 mm. The main component is of high signal on both T1 and T2 attenuated on T1 fat sat sequences (fatty component). A small hemorrhagic cyst is also noted on the same ovary.
Normal appearance of the uterus and right ovary.
