A 33 mm stone with mean attenuation values of 500 HU is noted at lower portion of left kidney.
Small fat containing umbilical hernia is present.
A 46×38mm fat containing mass with focus of calcification is present at left adnexa inferring dermoid cyst. (incidental finding)
Case Discussion
Ovarian dermoid cyst is the most common ovarian neoplasm. These slow-growing tumors contain elements from multiple germ cell layers.
