A 58×48 mm mass with fat density and focal calcified focus is present at right adnexa compatible with ovarian dermoid cyst.
A little amount free fluid is present at posterior cul de sac.

Ovarian dermoid cyst is the most common ovarian neoplasm. These slow-growing tumors contain elements from multiple germ cell layers.
