There is a partially echogenic mass of the right ovarian with posterior sound attenuation.

There is a lobulated soft tissue mass of complex signal located of inter-vesico-uterine location, arising from the right ovary and measuring 50 x 35 x 30 mm. The main component is of fatty signal attenuated on fa sat sequences.
The right ovary shows small follicles.
