Large well-defined left ovarian mass measuring 93 x 87x 76 mm of complex signal intensity. The main component is of the fatty signal attenuated on fat-suppressed sequences with a chemical shift artifact on T2 and enhancement of the internal septa on post-contrast sequences.
Normal appearance of the uterus and right ovary.
Case Discussion
MRI features of a large left ovarian mass of complex signal, the main component is of fatty signal attenuated fat-suppressed sequences, most consistent with a dermoid cyst.
