There is a 55 x 65 mm large ovarian round lesion on the left side that displays the bright signal on T1 and T2 and suppressed signal on T2 fat suppression sequences denoting fat content.
Case Discussion
MRI features are in favour of a fat-rich left ovarian lesion with a macroscopic fat signal and signal drop on fat suppression sequences, in keeping with mature cystic ovarian teratoma. Both fat suppression techniques and chemical shift artifact can be used to confirm the presence of fat.
