Large well-defined right ovarian mass of complex signal intensity containing both, fatty and cystic components a well as an internal nodule "Rokitansky nodule". The fatty component within the Rokitansky nodule is attenuated on T1 fat sat sequences.
Case Discussion
MRI features of right ovarian mass of complex signal intensity most consistent with a dermoid cyst (or mature cystic teratoma).
