There is a well-defined, predominantly fat-density mass lesion with calcific foci, measuring 5.2 x 7.1 x 5.8 cm (ap x tra x cc) in the vicinity of the right adnexa and abutting adjacent structures (without evidence of invasion) suggestive of ovarian dermoid cyst. The uterus and left adnexa appear unremarkable.
Case Discussion
Findings are in favor of a right ovarian dermoid cyst (mature cystic ovarian teratoma).
