There is a left pelvic cystic mass of vesicouterine pouch location with internal septations, containing foci of calcification, fat pocket as well as small soft tissue density of anterior location. The uterus is of normal size, and shape.

CT features of an ovarian dermoid cyst. Ovarian dermoid cyst is usually seen in the reproductive age group; rare cases are reported in prepuberty age group 1.
