Ovarian endometrioma

The MRI sequences demonstrate a well-defined lobulated right ovarian mass (5 x 4 x 3 cm) of high signal on T1WI/T1 fat sat, low signal on T2WI with "shading sign". No peripheral enhancement seen on post-contrast sequences.
The normal appearance of left ovary and uterus.
Mild effusion is seen in Douglas pouch.
