There is a well-defined right ovarian cystic lesion (3.8 x 3.2 x 2.8 cm) of high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat, T2 shading sign as well as T2 dark spot sign with no peripheral enhancement seen on postcontrast sequences.
Small bilateral follicles are noted.
Normal appearance of the uterus.
