Ovarian endometriomas

The right ovary shows two well-defined cystic lesions measuring (80 x 75 x 72 mm) and (18 x 16 x 11 mm) of high signal on T1 and T1 fat sat, T2 shading with no peripheral enhancement on postcontrast sequences in keeping with ovarian endometriomas.
Small follicles of the left ovary, the largest (2.5 cm) show hypointense sediment with peripheral enhancement (hemorrhagic).
Minimal effusion in Douglas pouch is noted.
