Ill-defined myometrial lesion of low signal intensity in the posterior myometrium demonstrating multiple T1/T2 hyperintense foci.
The uterus is mildly enlarged.
The endometrial canal appears normal.
Multiple enlarged cystic lesions seen in both ovaries.
Mild pelvic ascites.
Case Discussion
Features are of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome. Additional finding of focal adenomyosis.
