Anteverted uterus with posterior wall fibroid. Secretory endometrium.
Right ovary measures 65 x 52 x 62 mm, volume 109 mL. 15+ follicles. Left ovary measures 57 x 57 x 45 mm, volume 77 mL. 15+ follicles. Both have normal vascularity. Both were mobile and tender.
Small volume of adnexal and pouch of Douglas free fluid.
Case Discussion
Both ovaries are tender and enlarged with a small volume of pelvic free fluid consistent with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome.
