Solid cystic mass in pelvis which demonstrates vascularity on doppler. The uterus is normal.
Another solid hypoechoic hepatic nodule in segment V with ascites.
Case Discussion
US - Solid - cystic mass in pelvis with vascularity. Uterus is normal. Ovaries are not seperately seen.
-Ascites.
-Solitary hepatic nodule in segment V - Hypoechoic.
CT performed the following day (not shown) - Similar findings of Ovarian tumor and hepatic solitary metastasis.
Ascites fluid tapping - Malignant cells.
