Ovarian mucinous cystadenoma

Septated cystic mass in lower abdomen without nodules or calcification. A second cystic mass was abutting the larger one on the left side. There were tiny whirling echoes within the mass.
Doppler showed some kind of artifact which is of uncertain etiology.
Case Discussion
CT (not available) demonstrated no nodal metastasis.
Histopathology: mucinous adenoma without malignant change.
