Asymptomatic patient. A routine ultrasound examination revealed a large pelvic-abdominal cystic formation.

There is a large fluid-filled and septated mass apparently arising from the pelvis, in the right adnexal region. A calcified uterine fibroid and left uretero-hydronephrosis are present.
Case Discussion
This case was further confirmed as an ovarian serous cystadenoma, which is a type of benign ovarian epithelial tumor.
