A 346 x 295 x 170 mm large solitary well-defined abdominopelvic cystic lesion is noted without obvious solid component or papillary projection; extends from pelvis until the upper abdomen at level of pancreas. Severe hydroureteronephrosis with marked renal parenchymal atrophic changes are seen at right side due to pressure of cystic lesion on distal of right ureter.
A 48 x 36 mm unilocular cyst is also observed at left adnexa.
Case Discussion
Features on CT scan are most likely consistent with an ovarian serous cystadenoma. (path proven)
