Presentation

Pelvic pain and mass feeling.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Female

A 190×98×174mm septated cystic lesion without enhancing solid component is present at pelvis, extends until the level of L3. The lesion seems originated from the left ovary. Additionally, a little amount pelvic free fluid is noted. 

Case Discussion

Large adnexal cystic lesion; path proven ovarian serous cystadenoma, which is a type of benign ovarian epithelial tumor at the benign end of the spectrum of ovarian serous tumors.
