Ovarian serous cystadenoma

A 110 x 105 x 80 mm thick walled septated cystic lesion without enhancing solid component is present at left pelvis most likely originated from the left ovary.
A little amount of free fluid is noted at the posterior cul-de-sac.
In addition, a few small lymphadenopathies with SAD less than 9 mm is noted at the left para-iliac regions.
Case Discussion
Left ovarian cyst; pathology proven serous cystadenoma which is a type of benign ovarian epithelial tumor at the benign end of the spectrum of ovarian serous tumors.
