Abdominal pain and progressive distension.

A 320×105×230 mm unilocular cystic lesion without enhancing solid component is present in abdominopelvic spaces that seems to be originated from the right ovary.

Case Discussion

Huge unilocular nonenhanced abdominopelvic cystic mass in a young woman; pathology proved ovarian serous cystadenoma, which is a type of benign ovarian epithelial tumor at the benign end of the spectrum of ovarian serous tumors.
